Add Related tables option when adding a table with FK Relationships

Jason Horner 5 years ago updated by Support 5 years ago 3

When adding tables to a diagram currently i have to add them one by one. it would be nice to have an "add related tables" features similar to how power bi works where if you pull in a fact table you can optionally chose to add the related tables  by FK automatically to the diagram.

In new release we have added feature to Bring Related Tables to Diagram

Users can now easily add all existing related tables of a particular table to a diagram. There are couple of ways to do this:

  • Right click on a table name in Explorer, which gives option to add related tables
  • In table properties (in right vertical panel), there is new section to view/add parent as well as child tables to the diagram
