Allow members to copy projects

Please add a feature to allow members (non-owners) to copy a project. This allows forking/branching a project to test ideas.


Then it would be great to be able to merge projects with option to choose two simple merge rules (always duplicate tables/fields with same name or trying merging tables/fields).
