Can't delete a foreign key.

For some reason when I try to delete a FK column in my table, it automatically recreates it at the bottom.

Dear User,

To delete a Foreign Key, please delete the relationship line. 

You might be deleting the Column only, but system thinks that you still want to have relationship among tables and hence adds the column back. Please see attached video which explains the fix:
