Changeable ordinal_position of primary key columns

Hi,

I am looking for a way to be able to have primary key columns not starting at the ordinal position 1. Our primary keys columns are not at the beginning of the table columns. Unfortunately after reverse engineering and adding changes to a table structure the primary key will be moved to ordinal position 1, which gives always bogus differences by comparing the revision with the live version. 

Did I miss something or is this currently not possible?
