Feature Request: Change Management - Ability to add TODO notes into a diagram so that needed / pending functionality or changes is tracked

It's quite common for a data model to have requests to enhance tables/columns, or fix defects, made to the data architect. It would be very advantageous to have the ability to add a specific type of note / tag what would allow the tracking of these requests and what release they were incorporated into.

Some candidate data points to allow

- Name of enhancement / defect

- Description of request

- Name(s) of affected object

    - Or a specific type of link to the impacted object (preferable)

- Requested release point

- Submitted by

- Date submitted

- Status (New, In work, In Test, Incorporated, etc.)

As a point of reference, ER/Studio Team Server / Repository provides  change management capability.
