Copy Project is only visible to a Project's owner

Problem:

• We have several shared projects that multiple architects manage.
• When one of us wants to make a copy of a project, we are only able to do it if we are the Owner of the project.

Request: 

• Please make it possible for user with Modeler role and change access to a project to make a copy of that project.
